• The SGEPL-XR manifold system is designed to provide a single source of supply from one cylinder bank.
• Although these manifolds can be used as a primary source of gas, the typical application finds this model as a high pressure back-up system for liquid or bulk tank systems in industry and medical environments

Design and Construction

• Open Style manifold
• Choice of Regulators – as per customer’s requirement
• Master Shut-off Valve
• Individual Station Shut-off valves
• 3/4” NPT(F) Outlet
• Headers (7/8” Brass Pipe with Bar Stock Tees)
• 10 inch centers for Oxygen, Inert Gases & Hydrogen
• 13 inch centers for Acetylene & Fuel Gases
• Brazed construction for maximum leak prevention
• End capped to accommodate future expansion needs
• Pigtails (check valves are standard)
• 24 inch rigid for Hydrogen, Helium, & N2O
• 24 inch flexible for all other gases.
• Acetylene models equipped with dry flash arrestors.
• 200 # Relief Valve to protect piping (except fuel gas)
• Right & left hand inlets available
• Wall or stand mount available

• Set the outlet pressure as per requirement With outlet press Regulator
• Inlet Pressure Gauge : 2 nos. of 0 – 210 Kg Gauge
• Open outlet valve to use as per requirement
  

Setting Procedure:

• Connect both cylinders with flexible pigtails
• Open the cylinder 1 and apply the pressure of Cylinder 1 ( Line 1) to the manifold
• Set the pressure through cylinder 1 regulator ( e.g. 7 kg)
• Open the cylinder 2 and apply the pressure of cylinder 2 ( Line 2 ) to the manifold.
• Set the pressure through cylinder 2 regulator ( e..g. 6 Kg.)
• Set the outlet pressure as per requirement With outlet press Regulator
• Open outlet valve to use as per requirement
  Vent valve 1 and vent valve 2 is use to purge vent the gas Cylinder change Procedure :- if cylinder1cylinder got empty close the shutt off vale replace Cylinder with filled cylinder open the vent valve for few seconds to purge and close the valve repeat same procedure for cylinder 2 if .it get empty
